Subscriptions

When you subscribe you get fresh-roasted coffee delivered to your door automatically and consistently. No more last minute trips to the store or waiting in line at the drive through.

Recurring coffee subscribers get 20% off on your first order and free shipping on all your deliveries! Also, your subscription gets you early access to limited-edition merch, special releases, and holiday coffees and gifts.

Currently, our subscription offerings include a Roaster's Choice: a rotating variety of the most amazing coffees from around the world, sourced seasonally, roasted to perfection, and delivered right to your door.

We also offer a decaf subscription which will include our signature Slow Poke Decaf - always organic and always naturally decaffeinated (never any harsh chemicals).

Soon we hope to add more specific subscription options tailored to your particular tastes. If you have any feedback about a roast that you really enjoyed, let us know!

Orders & Shipping

We cannot accept returns or provide refunds on coffee beans, however, if you’re unsatisfied with your coffee we’re happy to replace it with a different variety.

For all non-coffee items, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us and we will arrange a return or refund for unused, defective, or damaged items. Please email us with an image of your item that clearly shows a defect or transit damage along with your original order number.

We roast several days each week to guarantee your coffee arrives fresh and appropriately rested.

Orders in by Tuesday at noon (PST) will be roasted and shipped on Thursday. Orders in by Friday at noon (PST) will be roasted and shipped on Monday.

Coffee Knowledge

Coffee tastes best when it’s freshly roasted, ground, and brewed. We roast our coffee to order and ship it to you at the peak of freshness. Our bags and cans - kept in a cool, dry place - are a great way to store your coffee at home!

Contrary to popular belief, keeping your coffee in the freezer won’t help maintain freshness and we recommend buying smaller quantities more often instead of storing it up! Take a look at our subscription services to guarantee you always have fresh-roasted coffee delivered right to your door.

You’ve probably seen “best by” dates on bags of coffee but don’t be fooled; coffee’s peak flavor comes a few days after roasting and begins to fall off after about two weeks. This doesn’t mean that the coffee is undrinkable after that time, but you may notice a loss of flavor and character.

Store your coffee in an airtight container in a cool, dry place to ensure it stays fresh for as long as possible.

Prismatic’s roasting style is a “medium” roast and we tailor our roast profiles for each specific coffee variety to bring out its unique flavors and qualities.

Yes, you can! Our commercial roasting facility can support very large volumes, limited only by sourcing constraints. For large orders over 100 lbs please contact us here.
